Mark E. Patten

Mark Patten has served as our Chief Financial Officer since January 2026. Mr. Patten is a veteran senior real estate and financial executive with over 30 years of leadership experience. From August 2000 until December 2025, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Essential Properties Realty Trust., a publicly-traded net leasing company. Prior, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CTO Realty Growth. Mr. Patten began his career at KPMG where he spent twelve years and was named partner in 1997.
