About
Mr. McLaren has served Sun in various roles since 2002 and has been in the manufactured housing industry since 1995. He has been our President since November 2024 and our Chief Operating Officer since March 2026. He previously served as our President from 2014 to 2022 and as our Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2022. He has extensive experience in operations, home sales, leasing and development. Prior to joining Sun, he worked in the multi-family REIT segment and the chattel lending industry.
