Marc Farrugia
Mr. Farrugia has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since June 2022, overseeing the Company's People & Culture and Information Technology functions and advancing enterprise initiatives that support Sun's long-term growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation strategy. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Culture and Innovation beginning in November 2019, where he led transformative initiatives focused on technology modernization, process improvement, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Mr. Farrugia has been part of the Sun team since 2011, holding leadership roles of increasing responsibility across the organization.
In his current role, Mr. Farrugia plays a key role in shaping the Company's technology, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and workforce strategies. He has spearheaded significant company-wide initiatives, including large-scale enterprise systems implementations, digital transformation programs, and operational improvements designed to enhance the experience of both team members and customers while strengthening the Company's capabilities and supporting its continued growth.
