Gary A. Shiffman

Gary A. Shiffman is our non-executive Chairman. He has been a director since our inception in 1993. He also served as an executive officer from 1993 to October  2025, most recently as Chief Executive Officer. He is a member of our Executive Committee. He has been actively involved in the management, acquisition, construction, and development of manufactured housing communities and has developed an extensive network of industry relationships over the past thirty years. He has overseen the acquisition, rezoning, development, expansion, and marketing of numerous manufactured home communities, as well as recreational vehicle communities. Additionally, Mr. Shiffman, through his family-related interests, has had significant direct holdings in various real estate asset classes, which include office, multi-family, industrial, residential, and retail.
